HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN/REFUND?

Returns for UK customers are free of charge and postage costs will be refunded on receipt of the parcel. International customers will cover the postage costs for returns. Refunds will be credited within 14 days of receipt of goods.

Refunds will be credited to the card on which the initial purchase was made.

 

RETURNS POLICY

Please request a return/refund by filling out the form above within 14 days of receiving the item.

You then have another 28 days to ship the package back to us. No refunds will be processed if garments do not arrive in a saleable condition with all hygiene seals in tact. Swimwear which is returned soiled, damaged, washed with missing tags will be returned to the buyer and no refund/exchange will be awarded.

Moreover we advise you post via a tracked service or obtain a proof of postage as we are not responsible for misdirected or lost parcels. 

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Customers will be notified by e-mail when the refund has been credited. Sale items will be refunded at the discounted price at which they were initially purchased. We do not offer exchanges; Unwanted items will have to be returned for a refund and a new purchase made.
